1. When entering the wire saw work area, please wear safety helmet.

2. Please pay attention While the wire saw working.

3. The operating table needs to be equipped with a safety fence or a safety room, which is located behind the wire saw. The distance between the wire saw operating console and the wire saw cutting line is better than 3 meters (reinforced concrete wire saw) or 6 meters (mining rope). During the work, all personnel are not allowed to walk in the area where the distance from the cutting line of the wire saw is less than one-half of the length of the wire saw, as to avoid the rope breaking to injury workers.

4. The wire saw joint must be compacted and check at least once during the cutting process. If have any problems, please replace it .

5. If need inspect or adjust the equipment, must shut down the machine. If found the problems such as beads moving, loose beading, and wire rope exposed must be cut off.

6. The diamond wire saw must be sufficiently cooled during use.
